What do I receive when I order?
You receive a physical, unframed art print in the size selected on the product page. Frames and room settings shown in lifestyle images are for presentation only unless a product explicitly states otherwise.

What paper and printing method do you use?
Our current art prints are produced using Fine Art giclée printing on 200 gsm matte paper.

What sizes are available?
Our current Floral Poetry prints are available in A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 × 42 cm).

Are the prints made to order?
Yes. Each print is produced after your order is confirmed rather than held as pre-printed stock.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to destinations enabled at checkout. Availability and shipping cost depend on the delivery country and are shown during checkout.

How long will my order take?
The total delivery time includes production and transit. Timing varies by destination and production location, so we do not promise one fixed delivery time for every country.

Changes, returns & issues

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production has started.

Can I return an order?
Our current refund policy provides a 30-day return window, subject to the conditions stated in that policy and any applicable consumer rights.

What if my print arrives damaged or has a printing defect?
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it with you.
