30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below and to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the print should be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at arteonstudio1@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. To help us process your return quickly, please wait for these instructions before sending the item back.

EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to arteonstudio1@gmail.com. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us. Our 30-day return period is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Changes and cancellations
Our prints are produced to order after purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your print is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at arteonstudio1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review it and offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund in your account.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
