These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to every purchase made through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.
2. Our products
Arteon Studio sells physical botanical art prints. Each print is a Fine Art giclée print on 200 gsm matte fine art paper, available in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42 cm).
Prints are sold unframed. Frames, interiors and props shown in our lifestyle images are for presentation only and are not included.
We take great care to show our artwork accurately. Small variations in colour may occur between your screen and the printed piece, as screens display colour differently and each print is produced individually. Such minor variations are not a defect.
3. Made to order
Every print is produced to order after you purchase it. Production and delivery are carried out by our fulfilment partner, Gelato, through its network of production partners. Production may take place in a country different from Spain, usually close to your delivery address.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken at the time of your order through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it and you may cancel at no cost.
5. Your order and our contract
Your order is an offer to buy. After you place it, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and Arteon Studio is formed when we confirm your order.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
The contract may be concluded in English or Spanish, depending on the language selected on the store. Please keep your order confirmation for your records.
6. Changes and cancellations
Because production begins shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Full details, including customs and duties, are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, withdrawal and refunds
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds, return costs and the handling of damaged, defective or incorrect items are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which prevails on these matters.
9. Legal guarantee
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies under consumer law. Under Spanish law, this guarantee currently lasts three years from delivery. If your print is not as described, damaged or defective, please contact us at arteonstudio1@gmail.com and we will put it right as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, images, text and other content on this website are owned by Arteon Studio, licensed to us, or otherwise used lawfully. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print for personal use. It does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, scan, resell as artwork reproductions, or use the designs commercially without our prior written consent.
11. Liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a business. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, extreme weather, strikes or system outages. If such an event affects your order, we will let you know and, where appropriate, offer you a refund.
13. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

Please note that the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Information about consumer dispute resolution bodies in the EU is available from the European Commission at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
